The Performance Arts Awards (PAA) is fully accredited by the UK government body, Ofqual. Our Musical Theatre grades are internationally recognized and carry huge rewards.

UCAS Points
UCAS points are available at grades 6, 7 and 8, supporting student progression onto University, or for a career in the performing arts industry.

Creating An All-Around Performer
PAA Musical Theatre examinations contain three core elements; The performance, Technical Skills and Understanding and Reflection—producing a well-rounded performer equipped with industry relevant skills and knowledge.

PAA Street Dance

The Performance Arts Awards (PAA) are group graded examinations ranging from absolute beginner to advanced.

Developed by industry specialists, PAA exams are specficially designed to measure, asses and reward progress whilst encouraging innovation and creativity.

Admissions Process

Performance Arts Awards Program

Prospective students will go through a trial session to understand their
capability and best grade option for them. Each trial session is set at BND 50.

Mardi Hedus

Dance & Drama Instructor

Mardi spent most of his childhood and early adult years in the United Kingdom. He starred in his first school production when he was 7 years old which ignited a love for performing on stage. At 11, he was accepted into the Plymouth Theatre Royal Young Company where he developed his talents in theatre acting and stage management. At 15 years old, he was chosen out of thousands to be a member of a touring band that performed around Europe and the UK.

He was also one of the youngest teachers at the famous Pineapple Performing Arts School and taught dance at Pineapple Studios in London. While at Pineapple, Mardi also assisted with the Met. Police program for juveniles where he taught young men who needed some guidance dance and drama once a week; some of whom have gone on to star in West End theatre productions and television shows. Some of his work credits include work done for the BBC, ITV, Nickelodeon and RTB.
